A Real Take on Midlife: Travel, Gardens and Lifestyle
There’s a lot of noise online.
Perfect lives. Polished moments.
People telling you how midlife should look.
This isn’t that.
What I share is simple — the places I genuinely love, the gardens that stop me in my tracks, the meals worth talking about, and the small businesses doing things well.
Living on the Mornington Peninsula, I’m lucky to be surrounded by some of the best of it — beautiful stays, local food, thoughtful design and incredible people behind it all.
Alongside that, I work closely with my husband, Andrew Stark from Andrew Stark Gardens.
Together, we share a mix of gardens, travel and lifestyle — sometimes through his lens, sometimes through mine, and often a blend of both. It’s a natural partnership, built on real life, not a curated version of it.
And in between all of that — there’s midlife.
The juggle. The shifts. The perspective that only comes with time.
It’s not always pretty, but it’s real.
If you’re here, you probably value the same things — authenticity, good taste, and experiences that actually feel worth your time.
And if you’re a brand, a place, or a business looking to connect with a midlife audience in a genuine way — that’s where I tend to sit.
