Not Suitable for Alcohol Dependency
Our coaching program is not suitable for individuals with physical dependence on alcohol or other medical conditions. Abruptly discontinuing alcohol consumption without medical supervision can have serious health consequences.
We recommend consulting a medical professional for advice specific to your circumstances before beginning our coaching program. If you are, or suspect you may be, physically dependent on alcohol or have other medical conditions, you warrant that you have sought appropriate medical advice before participating in our coaching. This includes making any changes to your alcohol consumption under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
We will not be liable or responsible (including for negligence) for any loss or harm experienced by you or others if you participate in our coaching without adhering to this clause.
This clause survives the termination of this agreement.
What We Do Not Provide
We are not a health or medical service and do not:
Make medical or psychological diagnoses.
Offer rehabilitation services or medical/psychiatric treatment.
Provide letters of reference to any third party (e.g., courts, employers, or agencies).
Offer advice or guidance related to substances other than alcohol (including illicit drugs or prescription medications).
No Guarantees
While the information provided is based on external research, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in our coaching program, such as attaining or maintaining sobriety. Results may vary by individual.
