Christmas without Chaos.
There’s the planning, the people, the pressure - and somehow, you’re expected to manage it all with a smile.
If the thought of juggling family schedules, gift lists, shared custody, in-laws, meals, and emotions already feels like too much… you’re not alone.
Thursday 18th December, 2026
9am - 4pm
The Nook,
Private room,
18 Progress Street, Mornington
The festive season can be alot.
The plans.
The people.
The emotions.
The loneliness (even in a room full of family)
The pressure to hold everything together - often by yourself.
And the invisible load that somehow always becomes yours.
This gentle, grounding workshop gives you a moment to pause before the festive season begins…
To breathe. To reset. To remember that your needs matter too. There’s no pressure to go deep.
No expectation to “fix” anything.
Just space to reflect, take some weight off, and feel a little more steady.
You’ll walk away with clearer boundaries, (less people pleasing), more breathing room, and a simple plan that actually works for you — not just everyone else.
This is a practical day to take the pressure down
There’s no need to be “on.”
No big emotional unpacking.

THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF
- It feels like the entire holiday load somehow ends up on your shoulders
- You're managing work, family, ageing parents...all the things - and barely have time to think
- Navigating blended family dynamics, shared schedules, or tricky relationships
- You're tired of doing it all (even when you don’t want to)
- Wants this Christmas to feel calmer - without needing to overhaul your whole life
- Would love a few tools, scripts, and some space to think before the season takes over
Because the season shouldn’t come at the cost of your peace anymore.
THE FLOW OF THE DAY
We’ll ease into the day gently, with time to settle in and step out of the mental noise.
Across the morning and afternoon, we’ll explore the three core themes — through conversation, reflection, and practical tools you can use right away.
There’ll be guided journalling, small group discussion, and plenty of quiet thinking time.
You’ll get a playbook to support the day, scripts you can keep, and space to make a plan that works for you.
We’ll break for a light, nourishing lunch — and wrap by 4:00pm so you leave feeling clear, steady, and supported.
No pressure.
No over-sharing.
Just a calm, lightly structured day that meets you where you are.
About Your Host
Certified Midlife Coach | NLP & Emotional Intelligence Practitioner | Speaker | Retreat Host | Podcast Creator
I work with women who are navigating the space between "used to be" and "what's next." If you're feeling a little foggy, unsure, or simply tired of carrying it all, you are so not alone.
Through high-touch coaching, soulful retreats, meaningful workshops, inspirational keynotes and honest conversation, I help midlife women reconnect with their identity, their desires, and their voice.
CHRISTMAS WITHOUT CHAOS
was born from real conversations — with clients, friends, and from my own experience — of just how overwhelming this time of year can feel.
The pressure. The emotions. The expectations.
It builds quietly, and suddenly we’re carrying more than we realised — again.
This workshop came from a simple need:
To have a calm, supportive space where women like us can step back, take a breath, and make the season feel a little less heavy.
I would be honoured to hold that space for you.
